The scarf was made by Delije from Senjak, a suburb in the town of Smederevo, Serbia. Many people haven't heard of the Senjak in Smederevo and therefore assume the scarf was made by the subgroup Ultra Boys Familija, which happen to be based in the suburb of the same name, but in Belgrade.
